• Medium projects: $50 per lead
• Large projects: $75 per lead

All contractors pay the same rate for the same project size, regardless of listing tier. Your tier determines profile quality and lead volume, not lead pricing.

Optional: Premium AI Services ($197/month)

Important: Premium AI is separate from per-lead charges. You pay both if subscribed.

Simple: You pay based on project size, not your listing tier.

• Small Projects: $30 per directory lead (minor repairs, basic services)
• Medium Projects: $50 per directory lead (standard installations, multi-room work)
• Large Projects: $75 per directory lead (full system replacements, major renovations)

How it works: When homeowners submit service requests, we categorize them by project size and send to up to 3 contractors. All contractors receiving the same directory lead pay the same price regardless of their listing tier.

Payment terms:

• Credit card required at signup
• Automatic charging when directory leads delivered
• 48-hour refund policy for invalid directory leads (wrong info, spam)
• Day 1 suspension if payment fails

No guarantees: Directory lead volume varies by season and demand. No minimum guaranteed.

Important: You still pay per-lead charges ($30 small/$50 medium/$75 large based on project size) from day 1. The free items are listing setup and AI subscription only.

NO. Both insured and uninsured contractors may participate.

We display whatever insurance information contractors provide (self-reported, not verified). Contractors can choose to display or not display insurance status.

Why allow uninsured contractors?

• Some legitimate small contractors are uninsured
• Homeowners can decide if they're comfortable with that
• We clearly label information as "self-reported - not verified"
• As a small local business, we can't afford to verify everyone

Homeowner responsibility: We tell homeowners they MUST verify insurance themselves before hiring.

Verification is expensive, time-consuming, and complex.

To properly verify contractors we would need to:

• Call SC LLR for each contractor's license status (ongoing)
• Call insurance agents to verify coverage (monthly)
• Monitor license renewals and expirations
• Track insurance policy changes
• Check references and work quality
• Hire staff to handle verification workload

Cost reality: This would cost thousands per month and require much higher fees.
